How does it work?
In the event of an unforeseeable and accidental event that makes it impossible to participate in the insured Event during the period of validity of the Guarantee, your insured Ticket will be refunded as soon as you have submitted your refund request via the dedicated interface and provided the required supporting documentation.
You must prove that you are unavailable on the date of the event.
The request must be made within 5 working days of becoming aware of the event.
BEticketing insurance is offered at the shopping cart stage. It must be paid for at the same time as your race registration.
Once payment has been made, you will receive a subscription confirmation email from Beticketing One, enclosing your Membership Certificate detailing the refund procedure via a link or QR Code.

To request a refund, simply click on the link sent to you by email in your Insurance Certificate when you take out your policy and then complete the various steps in the form.
Your claim will be validated within one minute and processed within eight days at the latest.
If we require further information or additional supporting documents, we will contact you by email at the address you used to place your order.
Beticketing insurance will reimburse you 80% of the cost of your race number, up to a maximum of €4,000 per claim.
An initial email will be sent to you immediately after your refund request, asking you to provide proof depending on the reason given.
The Insured will receive approval of their refund request within a maximum of 8 days, with the refund being made within the same timeframe, provided that their proof and reason for cancellation have been validated.
Only one supporting document is required in 90% of cases, and two for more complex cases.
The Terms and Conditions indicate the type of supporting document to provide depending on the reason given.
When requesting a refund, you must also provide your bank details (IBAN and BIC code) as well as your address, town, zip code and country of residence.
If you have to cancel your registration in a team race for a valid reason, each team member will have to apply individually for a refund.
When you made your reservation, you received two emails. The first was from the website where you registered, confirming your registration, and the second was from Beticketing, confirming your subscription to the refund service.
Attached to this email is your Insurance Certificate. If you cannot find this email with your Insurance Certificate, you can request it by contacting beticketing@assur-connect.com or calling 33(0)1 85 73 31 15, option 1, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Your Insurance Certificate will be returned to you within 48 hours.

Your insurance is linked to the race you have registered for.
If you decide to change races for any reason, you will lose your insurance coverage.
However, you can purchase insurance again for the new race.
The reason given in your refund request cannot be changed.
No new reasons will be accepted except in cases of force majeure
