How does it work?

Whatever the reason for your cancellation, personal (illness, exams, transport strike, etc.) or professional (change of holiday dates, new job, etc.) or for any other random, unforeseeable and sudden reason, Beticketing offers you a solution to get your money back.

Beticketing insurance is offered at the basket stage. It is payable at the same time as your race registration.

Once the payment has been made, you will receive a subscription confirmation email from Beticketing, enclosing your insurance contract with the refund procedure via a link or QR Code.

To make a claim, simply click on the link sent to you by e-mail in your insurance certificate when you subscribed, and then complete the various steps of the form.

Your declaration will be validated in less than a minute and processed within 48 hours.

If Beticketing requires additional information or supporting documents, you will be contacted by email on the address used to place your order.

Beticketing insurance reimburses you up to 80% of the cost of your registration.

An initial e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours of your refund request, asking you to provide proof of the cancellation reason.

Insured Beticketing customers have their refund request accepted within 48 hours, with a refund made within the same timeframe if their proof and reason(s) for cancellation are valid.

A single piece of evidence is required in 90% of cases, two for more complex cases.

When requesting a refund, you must also provide your bank details (IBAN and BIC code) as well as your address, town, zip code and country of residence.

If you have to cancel your registration in a team race for a valid reason, each team member will have to apply individually for a refund.

When you booked, you received two emails. The first from the site where you registered, confirming your registration, and the second from Beticketing confirming your subscription to the refund service.

Attached to this email is your insurance certificate. If you are unable to find this email with your insurance certificate, please send a request to beticketing@assur-connect.com.

Your insurance certificate will be re-sent to you within 48 hours.

Your insurance is linked to the race you have purchased a registration for.

If you decide to change races for any reason, you will lose the benefit of the insurance.

You can, however, take out insurance again for the new race.
