How does it work ?

If you are unable to attend the Event covered by the Insured Ticket during the period of validity of the Guarantee, your Insured Ticket will be reimbursed as soon as you have made your request for reimbursement online and provided the required proof.

BEticketing One insurance is offered at the shopping cart stage. It must be paid for at the same time as your race registration.

Once payment has been made, you will receive a subscription confirmation email from Beticketing One, enclosing your Membership Certificate detailing the refund procedure via a link or QR Code.

To make a claim, all you have to do is click on the link sent to you by e-mail in your Certificate of Insurance when you signed up, and then complete the various stages of the form.

Your claim is validated in less than a minute and processed within 48 hours.

If BEticketing One requires additional information or supporting documents, you will be contacted by e-mail at the address you used to place your order.

Beticketing One insurance reimburses you in full for the cost of your race number, up to a maximum of €500 for a single claim.

An initial e-mail is sent to you within 24 hours of your request for reimbursement, requesting proof of the reason for cancellation.

The BEticketing One Insured’s request for reimbursement will be accepted within 48 hours, and reimbursement will be made within the same timeframe if the justification and reason for cancellation are valid.

A single piece of evidence is required in 90% of cases, or two for more complex cases.

When requesting a refund, you must also provide your bank details (IBAN and BIC code) as well as your address, town, zip code and country of residence.

If you have to cancel your participation in a team race for a valid reason, each team member will have to apply for a refund individually.

When you booked, you received two emails. The first from the site where you registered, confirming your registration, and the second from Beticketing One confirming your subscription to the refund service.

Attached to this email is your Certificate of Insurance. If you are unable to locate this email with your Certificate of Insurance, then you can request one by contacting beticketing@assur-connect.com.

Your Certificate of Insurance will be returned to you within 48 hours.

Your insurance is tied to the race you have purchased.

If you decide to change race for any reason, you will lose the benefit of the insurance.

However, you can take out insurance again for the new race.
